2. Where are your products shipped from?

3. Can I get a refund on my product?

You bet your bottom dollar! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Just make sure it’s in tip-top shape (no lamp wrestling, please!).

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your lamp arrives looking like it had a rough night out, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately. We’ll work our magic to make it right! 🪄

5. Do you accept exchanges?

Absolutely! The quickest way to swap your item is to return it and then make a separate purchase for the new one. It’s like a dance-off, but with lamps!

6. Are there any items that can’t be returned?
